Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026 · Operated by BME GROUP ("TicketJelly", "we").
1. What TicketJelly is
TicketJelly is a reservation platform. Tour and activity operators ("Operators") list trips, manage capacity, and take bookings; their customers ("Guests") reserve and pay for those trips. The Operator — not TicketJelly — is the merchant of record and provider of every trip.
2. Operator accounts
Operators are responsible for the accuracy of their listings (prices, times, capacity, refundability), for honoring confirmed bookings, for their own licenses, insurance, safety practices, and waivers, and for the conduct of their team members. You must keep your account credentials secure and be at least 18 to open an operator account.
3. Bookings, payments and fees
Payments are processed by Stripe. Where an Operator has connected their own Stripe account, the fare is paid directly to the Operator and Guests pay a booking fee (shown before payment) that TicketJelly retains. TicketJelly is free for Operators unless separately agreed. All amounts are handled in integer cents in USD unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Each Operator sets whether a trip is refundable. Refunds of the fare are the Operator's decision and responsibility, executed through the platform. Weather and safety cancellations are at the Operator's discretion; Guests will be notified and refunded or rebooked per the Operator's policy. Guest self-service cancellation closes 24 hours before departure.
5. Waivers
Operators may require Guests to sign a liability waiver. The waiver is a contract between the Guest and the Operator; TicketJelly stores the signature record as a service but is not a party to it.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no interference with the service, no scraping of other operators' data, no attempts to bypass seat limits, fees, or security controls. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put other users at risk.
7. AI features
The Jelly concierge and operator copilot use AI and can make mistakes. Booking and money actions are confirmed against live availability before execution, but AI-generated text should not be treated as professional advice.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketJelly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for the acts or omissions of Operators, or for events on trips. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we retained on the booking giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to Operators by email. You may close your account at any time; confirmed future bookings must be honored or refunded first.
